Your new favourite upcoming wizard of synth Wavewulf released his futuristic album ‘Space, Art and Angels’ on January 22nd, guiding the listener on an analogue journey through space, time and life!
Firing you into another dimension of synth, his tracks will have you imagining what it would be like to explore galaxies far away, while they’re a great introduction for anyone looking to delve into the extensive world of synth music.
His previous release ‘Green Decay’ received widespread praise and radio play across the world, and Wavewulf hopes things can only look up when it comes to his new album. Having honed his skills playing in local bands in his hometown of Arkansas while growing up, he has developed into a one man keyboard warrior (the good kind!), taking influence from his personal musical heroes from the 60s up to present day. Following in the footsteps of his dad who works as a sound engineer, he has set up his own home studio where the magic is created.
Wavewulf’s topical musical themes exploring environmental, political
and philosophical themes continue into his new album. The collection of tracks also have emotional undertones, as Wavewulf explained that he uses his music as a way for him to deal with the emotions created by the death of his parents; channeling his grief into creating something great, Wavewulf’s songs question topics such as life, death, the human condition, the soul, the universe and love.
