Wolf Alice have cemented themselves in some form or other in any indie, alt-rock playlist curated by fans that know their salt in the genre. Despite the band seeming as though they’ve been dotted about live music for some years now, they’ve still only released two studio albums to date, their 2015 debut album My Love Is Cool, and sophomore hit Visions Of A Life in 2017.
This evening, the London-based four piece announced that their new upcoming single ‘The Last Man On Earth’ will be dropped on February 24th, their first new music for four years.
The band were outsider frontrunners for a headline spot at Glastonbury Festival last year but unfortunately missed out due to COVID-19. Though, with the Government’s roadmap for coming out of lockdown being announced tomorrow, Wolf Alice might have just timed the release of their new single at the perfect time.
